对传统的酸碱法制备超纯煤工艺进行了改进。以内蒙古鄂尔多斯的烟煤和无烟煤为原料,采用酸碱法对煤进行脱灰处理,研究了煤的粒度、焙烧温度、碱煤比、焙烧时间和酸浸条件对脱灰效果的影响,在优化的工艺条件下,得到灰分含量小于0.5%的超纯煤。
The preparation of ultra-pure coal by acid-base method has been improved. Taking anthracite and anthracite as raw materials in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, the coal was deashing by acid and alkali method. The effect of coal particle size, calcination temperature, alkali-coal ratio, roasting time and acid leaching conditions on de-ashing effect was studied. Under the process conditions, ultrapure coal with an ash content of less than 0.5% is obtained.
