目的:分析吉林体育学院运动人体科学学院男大学生在手持杠铃和水箱在bosu球上蹲起时对股直肌表面肌电信号的特征。方法:利用表面肌电信号采集仪,对15名男大学生手持不同方法在bosu球上蹲起时股直肌进行测试,运用数理统计法进行处理与分析,然后比较手持不同方法在bosu球上蹲起时的股直肌表面肌电的电信号差异。结果:手持杠铃和水箱在bosu球上蹲起时,股直肌的表面肌电信号随着自身需要的力量而改变,持水箱和杠铃蹲起时大,持木棍蹲起时小。结论:手持水箱在bosu球上蹲起和手持杠铃在bosu球上蹲起时不同的平衡因素对锻炼效果无显著性差异。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics of the myoelectric signals on the rectus femoris muscle of male college students at Jilin Institute of Physical Education when the male students squat on the bosu ball while holding the barbell and the water tank. Methods: Using surface EMG signal acquisition instrument, 15 male college students were tested with different methods of holding the rectus femoris muscles on the bosu ball by using different methods. Mathematical statistics were used for processing and analysis. Then, different hand-held methods were used to squat on the bosu ball The electrical signal difference of the myoelectricity of the rectus femoris muscle surface. Results: When the barbell and the water tank squat on the bosu ball, the surface EMG signal of the rectus femoris changes with the strength of their own needs. The water tank and the barbell squat when large, small stick when squatting. Conclusion: Hand-held tank squat on the bosu ball and hand-held barbell squat on the bosu ball when the balance of different factors on the exercise effect was no significant difference.
