从断奶乳猪新鲜肝脏提取的肝细胞生长素(HGF)注入经四氯化碳(CCl_4)诱发的大鼠慢性中毒性肝损伤模型的腹腔内,观察 HGF 对肝损伤的保护作用。结果发现 HGF 具有:1.降低转氨酶(与对照组比较有显著差异,P<0.05);2.改善蛋白代谢,降低γ-球蛋白;3.抑制肝脏纤维组织增生(羟脯氨酸含量和肝组织纤维化均比对照组明显降低和减少)等作用;4.超微结构在 HGF 组比对照组也有明显改善,尤以线粒体和粗面内质网为明显。本实验证实 HGF 可以对 CCl_4诱导的慢性肝损伤起到肝细胞再生和保护作用。
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) extracted from the fresh liver of weaned piglets was injected into the abdominal cavity of rat chronic toxic liver injury model induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4) to observe the protective effect of HGF on hepatic injury. The results showed that HGF had: 1. Reduced transaminases (significantly different from control group, P<0.05); 2. Improved protein metabolism and decreased γ-globulin; 3. Inhibited liver fibrosis (hydroxyproline content and liver Tissue fibrosis was significantly decreased and decreased compared with the control group. 4. Ultrastructure was significantly improved in the HGF group as compared with the control group, especially in mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum. This experiment confirmed that HGF can play a role in hepatocyte regeneration and protection against chronic liver injury induced by CCl_4.
