我国民族文化的管理特征主要是就事论事、崇尚集体主义、情感不外露、公私不分明、社会关系重于成就、一心多用、认同环境决定论,与西方国家民族文化有显著差异,决定了我国企业必须有适应这种文化差异的跨国投资、经营与管理的沟通模式。后者主要表现为高度隐喻、话语简洁、瞻前顾后、情感表达。我国企业在跨国商务谈判、跨文化经营管理等实践中,应当据此设计适当的沟通方法,降低投资风险。
