无核密度仪是一种快速检测土样干密度的无损检测技术。为了研究SDG无核密度仪的干密度测试效果,制备了不同压实度、含水率的黄土试样,利用SDG法和烘干法、灌砂法对制备土样进行干密度、含水率测试,完成SDG标定工作,并基于两种方法的测试结果建立了密度和体积含水率的线性数学修正模型。试验结果表明,采用标准的标定方法测试的含水率结果偏大,影响干密度的准确测试;通过建立的修正模型对SDG测试结果进行修正后,含水率测试误差大幅度降低,提高了SDG法的干密度测试精度。在质量含水率与干密度组成的坐标系中,干密度测试结果相对可靠的区域为一斜向上的条带状区域。
Nuclear-free density meter is a non-destructive testing technology for rapid detection of dry density of soil samples. In order to study the dry density test results of SDG nuclear densimeter, loess samples with different compaction degree and moisture content were prepared. The dry density and moisture content of the prepared samples were tested by SDG method and drying method, The calibration of SDG was completed and a linear mathematical correction model of density and volumetric moisture content was established based on the test results of two methods. The test results show that the water content measured by the standard calibration method is too large, which affects the accurate testing of dry density. After the SDG test results are corrected by the established calibration model, the test error of water content is greatly reduced, Dry density test accuracy. In the coordinate system of mass water content and dry density, the relatively reliable dry density test results in an oblique strip-shaped area.
