目的:讨论胰腺缺血后氧自由基含量变化与病理学改变的意义。方法:通过10条犬的胰腺缺血模型,在术后不同时间测定缺血胰组织的MDA含量、观察病理学改变。结果:MDA含量在缺血后明显升高(P<0.01),病理表现为胰腺各型细胞的不可逆损害。结论:缺血后氧自由基生成是胰腺细胞坏死的重要原因之一。
Objective: To discuss the significance of oxygen free radical content and pathological changes after pancreatic ischemia. Methods: The pancreatic islet ischemia model of 10 dogs was used to measure the content of MDA in ischemic pancreas at different time points after operation. Pathological changes were observed. Results: The content of MDA was significantly increased after ischemia (P <0.01), and the pathological manifestations were irreversible damage of all kinds of pancreatic cells. Conclusion: Oxygen free radical generation after ischemia is one of the important causes of pancreatic cell necrosis.
