我国旅游管理本科学生低就业率、高流失率已是普遍现象,这既跟旅游行业特点、学生就业意向有关,更与学生的就业能力有关。基于此,旅游管理本科人才培养层次和方式一直是旅游教育学界争论的焦点。旅游管理专业本科学生的培养不只是高校的行为,而应是高校与政府、企业、旅游行业及科研机构形成合力,构建合理、高效的理论与实践培养体系,不断提高学生的就业能力。
The low employment rate and high turnover rate of undergraduates in tourism management in our country is a common phenomenon, which is not only related to the characteristics of tourism industry and the employment intention of students, but also to the employability of students. Based on this, the levels and methods of undergraduate personnel training in tourism management have always been the focus of controversy in tourism education. The training of undergraduates majoring in tourism management is not only the behavior of colleges and universities, but should form a synergistic relationship between universities and government, enterprises, tourism industry and scientific research institutes to build a reasonable and efficient theoretical and practical training system to continuously improve the employability of students.
