目的:建立HPLC测定明目地黄丸(浓缩丸)中马钱苷的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为[四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇(1∶8∶4)-0.05%磷酸溶液](8∶92),检测波长为236 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温为40℃,外标法计算含量。结果:马钱苷在40.43～1 213.02 ng有良好线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD0.4%(n=6)。结论:此方法前处理简便,准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质控方法之一。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of loganin in Mingmu Diwan (Pill Concentrate). METHODS: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of [tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-methanol (1:8:4) -0.05% phosphoric acid solution] The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1, the column temperature was 40 ℃, calculated by external standard method. Results: The loganin was linear in the range of 40.43-1,22.02 ng (r = 1.000 0) with an average recovery of 98.2% and RSD 0.4% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable pretreatment, which can be used as one of the quality control methods of the preparation.
