当前我国经济体制正在改革。《丰田的秘密》一书“产销分开”的做法,值得我们国营大型企业研讨。我认为,国营大型企业的销售部门,完全可以独立起来,比如第一拖拉机厂的销售处,成立第一拖拉机厂销售公司。销售公司的人、财、物全部独立,生产厂不得干预。销售公司的经营品种必须以其对口的生产厂的产品、备件为主。销售公司与生产厂的结算必须是—手交钱,一手交货。生产厂根据销售额给销售公司付“销售金”。每年底由生产厂和销售公司协商决定第二年全年的销售品种及数量,第二年上半年可适当增加的修改计划,但不得减少。产销体制这样改革的优点是: 1、生产厂专心生产,销售公司专心销售。国营大型企业的管理十分复杂,千头万绪,企业领导的精力有限,不能专心抓生产,而销售单位又因为
