Due to historical and social reasons, the phonetic and grammatical composition of the Afro-American English dialect has resulted in many obvious alienations from Standard English. Phonetic aspects include the reading of certain vowel sounds, the simplification of consonant suffixes, and the sound changes of / r / in certain situations. Grammatical aspects include: some nouns constitute the plural form of the rules; verb “when” and “body” of the law of change; two common negative forms of their own characteristics. Beginning in 1620, the formation of American English dialects has been influenced differently by French, Dutch, Spanish, German and some African languages in West Africa. The dialect region has undergone several centuries of intricate evolution roughly from eastward West, gradually formed from north to south.
