薄膜接种棚,即用薄膜围罩的形同蚊帐的棚子,它与常规无菌室比,具有造价低、建造容易、拆迁方便等优点。袋栽香菇、银耳等食用菌,用薄膜棚接种,可在培养房进行,接好种的菌袋就地排放培养,不必搬动,而把薄膜棚迁移到别处使用,避免了因搬动菌袋而造成的杂菌污染。但若对接种棚特性不了解,易导致接种污染,造成栽培失败。根据我们近年来的实践与调查表明,薄膜接种棚的特性,主要是由塑料薄膜本身的固有特性所造成,主要有以下三点: 1.室温上升快。这是由于薄膜传热性差、保温性能好所造成的。接种时,由于人体、酒精灯等发出的热量散不出去,聚集在棚内,使棚内温度不断上升,特别是高温季节,温度上升十分迅速。 Film inoculation shed, that is covered with a thin film mosquito net shed, compared with the conventional sterile room, with a low cost, easy construction, demolition and other advantages.
