Cardiocerebral metabolic disorders and intracellular acidosis after ischemia and reperfusion are the main causes of heart and brain damage. Due to the difference between the traditional methods and the different methods, the results are also different. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometry can continuously and accurately determine the content of relevant energy substances in cells and truly reflect the energy changes under physiological conditions, providing a quantitative experimental and clinical research method.
