1 概述陆浑水库位于黄河流域伊河中游河南省嵩县境内,控制伊河流域3492km~2,总库容为13.2亿 m~3,是一座以防洪为主,结合灌溉、发电、供水和水产养殖等综合利用的大型水库。泄洪洞是陆浑水库最主要的泄洪建筑物之一,1962年8月开工,1965年8月建成。泄洪洞全长490m,洞底坡降1.5%,洞身横断面呈城门洞型,尺寸8m×10m,明流泄水,最大泄洪能力为1200m~3/s。泄洪洞混凝土衬砌厚度为0.8～1.0m,设计强度等级为C18。自1965年泄洪洞建成以来,衬砌混凝土的性能逐年劣
