利福平有抑制和杀灭细菌的作用,为阻抑去氧核糖核酸依赖的核糖核酸聚合酶,阻断菌体内蛋白的合成。此药对革兰氏阴性细菌,结核分枝杆菌、麻风分肢杆菌,均有很好的疗效。利福平治疗麻风,Ress、Languillon二氏分别于1970和1972年报告了实验及临床试用的效果。指出此药有明显的实验及临床疗效,特别证明了利福平的快速杀菌作用。1972年Wilkinson氏等报告用利福平治疗20例瘤型麻风,每日口服150mg组12例,有6例细菌在2—17个月内获得阴转,每日口服450mg组8例,有5例细菌在12—17月内获得阴转。作者认为两个治疗组的治疗方法均获得相同的疗效。
Rifampicin has the role of inhibiting and killing bacteria in order to suppress the DNA-dependent ribonucleic acid polymerase, blocking the synthesis of bacterial proteins. This medicine has good curative effect on Gram-negative bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Leprosy leprosy. Rifampicin treatment of leprosy, Ress, Languillon two reported experimental and clinical trial results in 1970 and 1972 respectively. Pointed out that the drug has obvious experimental and clinical efficacy, in particular, demonstrated the rapid bactericidal effect of rifampicin. In 1972 Wilkinson et al reported that rifampicin treatment of 20 cases of leprosy, daily oral administration of 150mg group of 12 patients, 6 cases of bacteria in 2-17 months to obtain a negative turn, daily oral administration of 450mg group of 8 patients, 5 Cases of bacteria in the 12-17 months to obtain overcast. The authors believe that the treatment of both treatment groups have the same effect.
