1　病例摘要　　患者 ,女性 ,18岁 ,因反复双下肢出现出血点 7个月 ,尿检异常 6个月于 2 0 0 1 0 7 2 8入院。缘于2 0 0 1年 1月无诱因双下肢出现出血点 ,对称分布 ,不伴瘙痒 ,压之不褪色。当时未行尿液检查 ,也未予特殊处理 ,十余天后出血点自行消失。同年 2月双下肢轻度浮肿 1 case summary Patients, female, 18 years old, because of repeated bleeding in both lower extremities for 7 months, urine abnormality 6 months at 2,010,728 admission.
