折弯机是钣金制造业中的重要基础加工设备。本文提出一种基于开放式数控系统的新型全电动数控折弯机控制系统。硬件上采用了基于PC机、运动控制卡和伺服系统的结构;软件上采用了基于RTAI扩展的实时Linux操作系统、专业数控软件EMC2的结构,保证了系统的运算能力和实时性。对大功率的折弯上模采用了多电机同步驱动的控制方式,既满足了大功率的要求,控制了成本,也提高了折弯控制精度。实践证明,使用本系统制造的新型全电动数控折弯机在加工精度上能很好地满足工业控制要求,提高了折弯工作的效率。
Bending machine is the sheet metal manufacturing industry an important basis for processing equipment. This paper proposes a new type of all-electric CNC press brake control system based on open CNC system. The hardware adopts the structure of PC, motion control card and servo system. The software adopts the real-time Linux operating system based on RTAI extension and the structure of professional numerical control software EMC2, which ensures the computing capability and real-time performance of the system. On the high-power bending mold using multi-motor synchronous drive control, both to meet the high-power requirements, control costs, but also improve the accuracy of bending control. Practice has proved that the use of the system to create a new all-electric CNC bending machine in the processing accuracy can well meet the industrial control requirements and improve the efficiency of bending work.
