以亚甲基兰(MB)作为敏感试剂,利用旋转甩涂法将掺有成膜剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的MB溶液固定在玻璃光波导表面,研制了MB/PVP薄膜光波导传感元件,并且检测出了低浓度的甲醛蒸汽。实验结果表明,当被测气体接触到MB/PVP薄膜时,薄膜将被还原成无色;当被测气体离开薄膜一段时间后,MB/PVP薄膜颜色恢复到原来的颜色。在常温下该元件对浓度为25μg/m3的甲醛蒸汽有很明显的响应,同时该元件具有响应快、灵敏度高、制作工艺简单等特点。
Using methylene blue (MB) as the sensitive reagent, the MB solution with the film-forming agent polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was immobilized on the surface of the glass optical waveguide by a spin-coating method. The MB / PVP film optical waveguide sensing element , And a low concentration of formaldehyde vapor was detected. The experimental results show that when the measured gas contacts MB / PVP film, the film will be reduced to colorless; when the measured gas leaves the film for a period of time, MB / PVP film color back to its original color. At room temperature, the element has obvious response to the concentration of formaldehyde vapor of 25μg / m3, at the same time the element has the characteristics of fast response, high sensitivity and simple production process.
