目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对软组织海绵状血管瘤的诊断价值。方法对45例经病理证实为软组织海绵状血管瘤患者的彩色多普勒超声图像进行回顾性分析。结果 45例共54处软组织海绵状血管瘤超声声像图均表现为混合性回声团块,边界不清晰,内部回声不均匀,可见多条迂曲扩张的管状结构,4处病变内可见血栓所致的低回声,10处可见钙化所致的强回声伴声影。彩色多普勒超声显示36处病变内未见明显血流信号,探头加压放松后管状结构内可见血流信号,18处病变内可见低速静脉或动脉血流信号,探头加压放松后血流信号均较前增多。结论软组织海绵状血管瘤具有典型的超声声像图特征,彩色多普勒超声对软组织海绵状血管瘤具有重要的诊断价值,可作为临床诊断软组织海绵状血管瘤的首选影像学方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in soft tissue cavernous hemangiomas. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on color Doppler ultrasound in 45 cases of soft tissue cavernous hemangioma confirmed by pathology. Results A total of 54 cases of soft tissue cavernous hemangioma in 54 cases showed mixed echocardiography with unclear boundary and uneven internal echo, showing multiple tortuous tubular structures with thrombus in 4 lesions Of the hypoechoic, 10 visible calcification caused by strong echo with sound shadow. Color Doppler ultrasound showed no obvious blood flow signals in 36 lesions, the probe can be seen within the blood pressure signal within the tubular structure after pressure relaxation, low-speed venous or arterial blood flow signal can be seen in 18 lesions, the probe pressure to relax the blood flow The signal is more than before. Conclusions The soft tissue cavernous hemangioma has the typical characteristics of ultrasonography. Color Doppler ultrasonography has important diagnostic value for soft tissue cavernous hemangioma, which can be used as the first choice of imaging method for clinical diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma of soft tissue.
