一、下大力提高饮管人员素质 1.饮管人员要学习社会主义市场经济理论,充分利用市场经济的有利条件,结合工作换脑子,想点子,找法子,开路子。 2.抓好班组骨干队伍建设,搞好选拔、留用、教育工作。选拔思想过硬、对工作认真负责、廉洁奉公、乐于吃苦、敬业爱岗的同志负责管理炊事工作。留用那些工作特别突出、技术特别优秀(一级厨师)、特别热爱本职工作 First, under vigorously improve the quality of the coffer staff 1.
