用球团搅拌浸出方法对花垣锰矿石进行了富锰降磷研究,在把磷锰比降至0.003以下的同时,可使锰品位为18.20%的原矿富集至含锰35.95%、回收率为82.11%的精矿。详细研究了小型试验过程中的磁场强度、焙烧温度、液固比、酸的浓度、浸出温度和时间等因素的影响,并得出了最适宜的数值。焙烧温度、酸浓度和浸出温度在诸多参数中显得最重要。焙烧温度超过960℃是无益的,适宜的酸浓度为0.790M,浸出温度超过30℃则对脱磷作用有反效应。用动力学方法验证了最适宜的浸出时间。
With the method of pellet mixing and leaching, we studied the manganese reduction of Huayuan manganese ore. When the ratio of phosphorus to manganese was reduced to less than 0.003, the ore with manganese grade of 18.20% could be enriched to 35.95% of manganese with the recovery of 82.11% of the concentrate. The effects of magnetic field strength, calcination temperature, liquid-solid ratio, acid concentration, leaching temperature and time on the small scale test were studied in detail. The most suitable values were obtained. Calcination temperature, acid concentration and leaching temperature are among the most important parameters. Calcination temperature over 960 ℃ is not beneficial, the appropriate acid concentration of 0.790M, the leaching temperature exceeds 30 ℃ on the role of dephosphorization have the opposite effect. The optimum leaching time was verified by kinetic method.
