主要研究了一种同步器钢齿环精密锻造成形工艺。从产品出发,设计了冷精整、热锻、切边、冲孔等工步。利用Deform 3D模拟软件分析了钢齿环精锻工艺,简述了模具设计加工方法。按精锻工艺进行了同步器精锻生产。结果表明:采用热锻加冷精整成形并冷切边、精冲内孔的精锻能够完成同步器钢齿环精锻毛坯的成形;模具结构采用套筒式而齿模用新式应力组合圈结构,通过打击力、温度等参数控制,实现了易损模具尺寸最小化。
