作者于肺动脉和左心房插管狗进行试验时,如给予益气活血药之后,能使吸入低氧气体所致的肺动脉压升高程度显著降低,肺动脉与左房间之压力梯度也明显减小。提示益气活血药的作用主要是减弱由于肺泡低氧所致的肺血管主动收缩。该药也能使注入去甲肾上腺素所致的肺动脉压升高明显降低,但对肺动脉与左房间压力梯度无明显影响。提示益气活血药可能同时减弱了肺血管及体血管对去甲肾上腺素的反应。
When the authors performed tests on the pulmonary artery and left atrial cannulated dogs, if they were given qi and activating blood circulation drugs, the pulmonary arterial pressure rise caused by the inhalation of hypoxic gas was significantly reduced, and the pressure gradients of the pulmonary artery and the left room were also significantly reduced. It is suggested that the effect of replenishing qi and activating blood drugs is mainly to weaken the active pulmonary vasoconstriction caused by alveolar hypoxia. The drug also caused a significant reduction in pulmonary arterial pressure caused by norepinephrine injection, but had no significant effect on pulmonary artery and left intraventricular pressure gradients. It is suggested that replenishing qi and activating blood drugs may also weaken the response of pulmonary and somatic blood vessels to norepinephrine.
