法律职业需求对法学教育具有引领的功效,面对法学教育与法律职业需求相脱节的现状,高校法学专业应积极推行“6+3+1”的应用复合型人才培养模式,其结构体系表现为“6分理论、3分实践、1分职业道德教育”。该模式以社会需求为本位,真实体现了法学专业本科人才培养所追求的目标,即“理论与实践的紧密结合,注重学生职业道德和从业素质的培养和提升”。“6+3+1”人才培养模式的实现关键在于“361”路径下的新型课程群的开发、相应的教学实践改革与配套保障建设,遵循“361”路径,确立新型的人才培养目标,拟定人才培养方案,开发推行符合“6+3+1”人才培养模式的课程群,并进行相应的教育教学改革与实践以及相应的配套保障体系建设,由此才能真正实现“6+3+1”人才培养模式的目标。
