目的 :研究银杏叶提取物、银杏总内酯对帕金森病 (PD)大鼠模型的作用。方法 :采用腹腔注射毒扁豆碱引起的急性震颤模型A以及单侧黑质注射微量 6 羟多巴胺造成的慢性旋转模型B ,观察银杏叶提取物、银杏总内酯的预防和治疗作用。结果 :银杏叶提取物 (10 0mg/kg)、银杏总内酯 (12mg/kg)在预防给药 14d后能够明显缩短模型A的震颤时间 ;在给药治疗 14d后能减轻模型B的旋转行为 ,而且银杏总内酯 (12mg/kg)还能使模型B受损侧纹状体的多巴胺含量升高。结论 :银杏叶提取物、银杏总内酯可能具有防治PD的作用
Objective: To study the effects of ginkgo biloba extract and ginkgolide on Parkinson’s disease (PD) rat model. Methods: Acute tremor model A induced by intraperitoneal injection of physostigmine and chronic rotation model B induced by unilateral injection of trace amount of 6-hydroxydopamine were used to observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of ginkgo biloba extract and ginkgolides. Results: Ginkgo biloba extract (10 mg / kg) and ginkgolide (12 mg / kg) significantly shortened the tremor time of model A after 14 days of prophylaxis. The rotational behavior of model B was relieved 14 days after treatment , And Ginkgo total lactone (12 mg / kg) also increased the dopamine level in the striatum of model Bs. Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract and ginkgolide may play a role in prevention and treatment of PD
