UV固化技术因其固化速度快、环境友好、节约能源、可涂装各种基材、费用低等优势,广泛应用于光纤光缆生产领域中的各个方面(光纤涂覆、光纤着色、紧包光纤涂覆、微型光缆涂覆)中。为了获得较好的固化效果、较高的固化度,从UV固化技术的基本原理和UV固化生产试验角度对UV固化涂料固化度的三方面的影响因素,即UV固化涂料、UV固化设备和UV固化工艺参数(固化温度、氮气流量、生产速度、紫外光强度),进行了研究和分析验证,提出了相关优化建议,以期确保生产出满足用户性能要求的产品。
UV curing technology is widely used in all aspects of the field of optical fiber and cable production (fiber coating, optical fiber coloring, tight package optical fiber Coated, microcable coated). In order to obtain a better curing effect, higher curing degree, from the basic principles of UV curing technology and UV curing test point of view of the three factors that affect the curing degree of UV-curable coatings, namely UV-curable coatings, UV curing equipment and UV Curing process parameters (curing temperature, nitrogen flow rate, production speed, UV intensity) were studied and analyzed and verified, and relevant optimization suggestions were put forward to ensure the production of products meeting the user’s performance requirements.
