目的:探讨降糖消渴颗粒联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:ICR小鼠高脂饲料喂养4周,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)100 mg/kg,建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型。设正常对照组、模型组、西药组(二甲双胍)、中西药联合3组(降糖消渴颗粒低、中、高剂量分别与二甲双胍同用)。给药4周后,检测小鼠的体重、空腹血糖(Fasting Blood-glucose,FBG)、血清胰岛素(Insulin,Ins)、胰高血糖素、糖耐量(Oral Glucose Tolerance Test,OGTT)、血脂,并计算胰岛素敏感指数(Insulin Sensitivity Index,ISI)。结果:降糖消渴颗粒联合二甲双胍可降低糖尿病小鼠的体重(P<0.05)、空腹血糖(P<0.01)、血清胰岛素水平(P<0.05)、胰高血糖素水平(P<0.05),提高胰岛素敏感性(P<0.05),改善糖耐量(P<0.05),并有一定调节血脂的作用,且降低空腹血糖较西药组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:降糖消渴颗粒联合二甲双胍可改善2型糖尿病小鼠的糖脂代谢,较单用二甲双胍能更有效地降低体重和血糖。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiangtangxiaoke granule combined with metformin on the glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic mice. Methods: The ICR mice were fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks and intraperitoneally injected with streptozotocin (STZ) 100 mg / kg to establish a type 2 diabetic mouse model. The normal control group, model group, western medicine group (metformin), combination of Chinese and western medicine 3 groups (low, medium and high dose of Jiangtangxiaoke granule with metformin, respectively). Four weeks after administration, the body weight, Fasting Blood-glucose (FBG), Insulin (Ins), Glucagon, Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) Insulin Sensitivity Index (ISI) was calculated. Results: Jiangtangxiaoke granule combined with metformin could reduce the body weight of diabetic mice (P <0.05), fasting blood glucose (P <0.01), serum insulin (P <0.05), glucagon (P < Improve insulin sensitivity (P <0.05), improve glucose tolerance (P <0.05), and have a certain role in regulating blood fat, and reduce fasting blood glucose more significantly than the Western medicine group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jiangtangxiaoke granule combined with metformin can improve glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic mice, which can reduce weight and blood sugar more effectively than metformin alone.
