经处方筛选和包装材料选择试验，以乙醇为溶剂，二甲基亚砜为促渗透剂，制备了吡喹酮涂剂，其防护血吸虫尾蚴侵袭作用在水中可维持４ｈ以上，继以特定纸巾吸储药液，用铝箔复合膜包装袋制成了防疫现场实用的新型血防用药品。初步稳定性试验结果良好。
After prescription screening and selection of packaging materials, praziquantel was prepared with ethanol as solvent and dimethyl sulfoxide as penetration enhancer. The protective effect of schistosomula cercariae in water could be maintained above 4 h.
