β_3-肾上腺素能受体对肥胖的意义

许多研究发现 ,动物 ,尤其是啮齿类动物 ,β3 -肾上腺素能受体 (β3 - AR)表达降低时 ,容易发生肥胖 ,用β3 - AR激动剂进行处理 ,可明显减少其体重的增加 ,且使动物的脂质代谢趋于正常。人的脂肪细胞培养结果也表明 ,使用β3 - AR激动剂后 ,可增强其脂肪代谢。人群中有一种β3 - AR基因变异 (Trp6 4 Arg) ,它与 BMI增高、体重增加、机体脂肪组织含量增多、肥胖发生较早以及不易治疗等均有关。上述结果提示 :β3 - AR与肥胖的发生有一定的关联 Many studies have found that animals, especially rodents, are prone to develop obesity when their expression of the β3 - adrenergic receptor (β3 - AR) is reduced. Treatment with β3 - AR agonists significantly reduces their weight gain and The animal’s lipid metabolism tends to normal. Human adipocyte culture results also show that the use of β3-AR agonists enhances fat metabolism. There is a variation of β3 - AR gene in the crowd (Trp6 4 Arg), which is related to the increase of BMI, weight gain, body fat content, obesity and difficult to treat. The above results suggest that: β3 - AR and obesity have a certain correlation
