雄激素受体(AR)是一种依赖配体的反式转录调节蛋白,参与雄激素的生理调节功能,其广泛存在于机体的各个组织,属于核受体超家族中的类固醇受体,在精子发生的过程中发挥重要的作用。雄激素通过与AR的结合,启动靶基因的表达,参与精子发生。AR基因多态性会改变自身结构,影响其与雄激素结合的亲和力,使雄激素下游靶基因不能够转录表达蛋白。随着DNA测序技术的发展,研究AR基因多态性与男性不育之间关系成为一大热点。本文主要综述AR基因多态性与男性不育之间的相关性。
Androgen receptor (AR) is a ligand-dependent trans-transcriptional regulator that is involved in the physiological regulation of androgens. It is widely found in various tissues of the body and belongs to the steroid receptor in the nuclear receptor superfamily. Spermatogenesis plays an important role in the process. Androgen binding to AR initiates the expression of target genes and participates in spermatogenesis. AR gene polymorphism will change its own structure, affecting its binding affinity with androgen so that the target gene androgen can not transcribe the expression of the protein. With the development of DNA sequencing technology, it is a hot topic to study the relationship between AR gene polymorphism and male infertility. This article reviews the association between AR gene polymorphism and male infertility.
