采用力学性能测试、金相显微镜、DTA/TG热分析、X射线衍射物相分析和EDAX分析技术研究了传统覆盖熔剂RJ2和自制覆盖熔剂FGJ对含铈AZ91镁合金的显微组织和力学性能的影响作用.结果表明:含铈AZ91镁合金采用覆盖熔剂FGJ熔炼后,Mg_(17)Al_(12)相得到改善,晶内出现Al_4C_3形核质点,促进了晶粒细化,提高了合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度及延伸率,且拉伸断口形貌呈现河流花样,韧窝也更深,综合性能也比传统覆盖熔剂RJ2更好.“,”The microstructures and mechanical properties of AZ91 + Ce magnesium alloy produced by two covering fluxes were analyzed by mechanical perfomance test, microscope, DTA /TG thermal analysis, XRD analysis and EDAX analysis. The results showed that the comprehensive properties of AZ91 + Ce magnesium alloy produced by own covering fluxes named FGJ were better than traditional covering flux named RJ2. Mg_(17)Al_(12) has been improved enormously, the nuclear particle Al_4C_3 was formed, the grain of the alloy was refined notably, the σb, σs and δ were increased greatly. The as -extruded ruptured surfaces were made of deeper dimples with roll patterns, which was related to small microstructure.
