采用数字化冠脉造影图像,测量由内皮依赖性扩张物质(substanceP,物质P)引起的冠脉直径变化,评价血管内皮功能。35例受试者,9例冠脉造影正常者为对照组,26例冠脉造影明显改变者为冠心病组。受试者在行诊断性冠脉造影术后,先、后分别在冠状动脉内注入生理盐水和物质P(25pmol/min),每次注入前、后的造影结果,通过计算机数字化图像分析系统测量冠状动脉直径变化。结果显示,物质P对正常的冠状动脉有明显的扩张作用,而动脉粥样硬化病变的血管对物质P的反应明显减弱。提示,冠脉造影有病变的患者,血管内皮依赖性扩张功能损伤
Digital coronary angiography images were used to measure changes in coronary diameter caused by endothelium-dependent dilation substance (substance P) to assess endothelial function. 35 subjects, 9 cases of normal coronary angiography as control group, 26 cases of coronary angiography was significantly changed coronary heart disease group.
