从蔬菜种质资源中期库的番茄资源中筛选出9份北京本土番茄老品种,以近几年育成并在北京地区广泛种植的番茄杂交种仙客1号为对照,进行商品品质和营养品质的比较试验。结果表明,在商品品质上,本土品种与对照都表现为粉果、果面无棱沟、果肩微凹、果形为扁圆至高圆形,个别本土品种有小面积的绿果肩存在,外观不及对照美观,且本土品种单果重较小,均不超过160.0 g;在营养品质上,可溶性固形物在不同品种间差异不明显,但不同品种间Vc、番茄红素、总糖、总酸、粗蛋白以及铁、锌、钙的变异系数较大,品种间存在明显差异,本土品种的番茄红素、粗蛋白、铁、锌、钙含量明显高于对照,但对照的Vc含量最高,总酸含量最低,综合评价参试品种的各营养指标,本土品种的平均隶属函数值远远高于对照,即本土品种的综合营养品质均优于对照。对强力米寿、强丰2、粉红甜肉1、强丰3和粉红甜肉3这些综合营养品质和商品品质皆佳的本土品种进行提纯复壮和开发利用,不仅可以挽救濒临灭绝的优质本土农作物品种资源,实现以开发利用为手段的资源可持续保存,也可以让一些久违的优质本土农作物品种重返市场,满足消费者消费水平由数量型向质量型转变的需求。

The contents of lycopene, crude protein, iron, zinc and calcium in native varieties were significantly higher than those in the control, but the Vc content in the control was the highest The lowest acid content, the comprehensive evaluation of the nutritional indicators of the test varieties, the average membership function of local varieties is much higher than the control, that is, the comprehensive nutritional quality of native varieties are better than the control. We will rejuvenate and exploit the local varieties of Qiangshou, Qiangfeng 2, Pink Sweet 1, Qiangfeng 3 and Pink Sweet 3, which are of good comprehensive nutritional quality and good quality, not only to save the rare and endangered high-quality local varieties of crops Resources, to achieve the sustainable development of the use of resources as a means of conservation, but also can make a number of long-lost high-quality native crop varieties back to the market to meet the consumer spending level from quantitative to qualitative changes in demand.
