生当归、酒当归和油当归体外清除自由基活性研究

目的研究生当归、油当归和酒当归的水提取液体外对羟自由基(.OH)和氧自由基(O2÷)的清除作用。方法应用分光光度法测定生当归、油当归和酒当归水提液对Fenton反应产生的.OH和邻苯三酚自氧化产生的O2÷的清除率。结果生当归、油当归和酒当归水提液在5~80 mg/mL的质量浓度内对.OH有明显的抑制作用,随着当归及其炮制品水提液质量浓度的增加,抑制率明显升高。生当归、油当归和酒当归水提液对.OH清除作用的顺序为:酒当归>油当归>生当归。生当归、油当归和酒当归水提液在25~200 mg/mL的质量浓度内对O2÷有明显的清除作用,随着当归及其炮制品水提液质量浓度的增加,抑制率明显升高,且呈现剂量依赖性。生当归、油当归和酒当归水提液对O2÷清除作用的顺序为:酒当归>生当归>油当归。结论研究表明生当归、油当归和酒当归水提液体外均具有较好的清除自由基的作用,且药物浓度与清除效果呈明显的量效关系。 Objective To scavenge hydroxyl radicals (.OH) and oxygen free radicals (O2÷) in the water extracts of postgraduates Angelica sinensis, oil angelica and wine angelica. Methods Spectrophotometry was used to determine the clearance rate of O2÷ produced by the auto-oxidation of OH and pyrogallol produced by Fenton reaction in the aqueous extracts of Angelica sinensis, Angelica sinensis and Angelica sinensis. Results Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Angelica sinensis Angelica sinensis aqueous extracts significantly inhibited OH in the concentration range of 5~80 mg/mL. With the increase of water extract concentration of Angelica sinensis and its processed products, the inhibition rate was obvious. Increased.
