随着人们生活水平的不断提高,患者对就医诊断服务的要求也越来越高。但由于目前我国医疗资源分布不合理与门诊就诊患者较多的现状,导致患者在看病过程中,往往存在门诊拥挤、患者看病难等问题,影响患者就医的体验。而医院门诊通过采用相关创新服务模式,可以有效的疏导门诊人群、改善患者看病难等问题,从而提升患者就诊满意度。本文结合了目前我国门诊部患者就诊的相关状况,对创新服务模式在提高门诊患者满意度中的相关应用进行了详细的分析,并探讨了这些应用对提升患者满意度的作用与结果。
As people’s living standards continue to rise, patients are increasingly demanding on medical diagnostic services. However, due to the current situation of unreasonable distribution of medical resources in our country and outpatient visits, patients often experience crowded outpatient visits, difficult patient visits and experience of affecting patients’ medical treatment during their visits. The outpatient clinic through the use of relevant innovative service model, which can effectively ease the out-patient population, improve patient care problems and other issues, thereby enhancing patient satisfaction. In this paper, the current status of outpatient clinic visits in China is analyzed in detail, and the application of innovative service mode to improve patient satisfaction is analyzed in detail. The roles and results of these applications in enhancing patient satisfaction are also discussed.
