薛某，男，54岁，农民。1997年4月3日被他人用拳脚击伤头面部，致鼻腔流血，额部肿胀等，一周后去某军医院就诊，经该院行副鼻窦CT扫描，报告为颅骨内板骨折（左额部）。伤者据此要求追究被告人刑事责任。作者于1997年6月鉴定时，对此报告单的可靠性有异议，即令被鉴定人提供来 Xuemou, male, 54 years old, farmer. On April 3, 1997, he was fist-impaired and scalded his head and face, causing nasal bleeding and swelling in his forehead. After a week he went to a military hospital for treatment. A CT scan of the paranasal sinuses at that hospital was reported as an intracranial fracture of the skull (left forehead unit). The injured person is required to pursue the criminal responsibility of the defendant accordingly. When the author identified in June 1997, he disagreed with the reliability of the report form
