最早采用方坯推轧穿孔机(PPM)的意大利达尔明厂φ355mm MPM轧管机组拟采用圆坯穿孔。该厂已于1991年从INNSE公司订购1台与天津钢管公司规格相似的斜轧穿孔机,以改善钢管壁厚质量。方坯穿孔后毛管后端壁厚不均比较严重(详见下表)。用圆坯斜轧穿孔将显著提高钢管壁厚精度,增强钢管的竞争能力。
The earliest use of billet push-piercing mill (PPM) Dalyan factory in Italy φ355mm MPM pipe mill intends to use circular billet perforation. In 1991, the mill ordered a cross-piercing piercer with INNSE specifications similar to that of Tianjin Pipe to improve its wall thickness. Billet perforation after the capillary wall thickness uneven more serious (see the table below). Oblique rolling through the round billet piercing will significantly improve the accuracy of steel pipe wall thickness and enhance the competitiveness of steel.
