目的观察芦荟全叶冻干粉对实验动物心血管系统、中枢神经系统和呼吸系统的影响,探讨其一般药理作用,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法将48只小鼠随机分为空白组和芦荟全叶冻干粉高、中、低剂量组,每组12只。给药组分别按12.20、3.90、0.65 g原药材/kg剂量灌胃给药,1次/d,空白组灌胃等体积灭菌蒸馏水。连续给药3 d,观察该药对小鼠自主活动行为和小鼠协调运动及对戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量致小鼠催眠和阈上剂量致小鼠睡眠时间的影响;比格犬24只分组同上,每组6只。给药组分别按6.10、3.41、0.71原药材/kg剂量十二指肠灌胃给药,1次/d,空白组灌胃等体积灭菌蒸馏水,记录麻醉犬给药后30、60、120、150 min的潮气量和呼吸频率、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率、心电图。结果芦荟全叶冻干粉高、中、低剂量组对小鼠一般行为、自发活动、协调运动、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠只数和阈上剂量睡眠时间无明显影响,但高剂量对戊巴比妥钠睡眠的潜伏期有影响(P<0.01);给药组对麻醉犬的潮气量和呼吸频率、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率、心电图各项生理指标无显著影响。结论芦荟全叶冻干粉在实验剂量下,对实验动物心血管系统和呼吸系统无明显影响,但对中枢神经系统的影响还有待进一步验证。
Objective To observe the effects of Aloe vera whole leaf lyophilized powder on cardiovascular system, central nervous system and respiratory system of experimental animals and to explore its general pharmacological effects and provide experimental evidence for clinical use. Results The high, medium and low dose aloe vera freeze-dried powder had no significant effect on general behavior, spontaneous activity, coordination movement, subliminal hypnotic hypnosis and threshold dose sleep time in mice, but high dose (P <0.01). The administration group had no significant effect on the indexes of tidal volume, respiratory rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate and electrocardiogram in anesthetized dogs . Conclusion Aloe vera whole leaf lyophilized powder has no obvious effect on the cardiovascular system and respiratory system of experimental animals under the experimental dose, but its effect on the central nervous system remains to be further verified.
