以神华神东补连塔煤矿22305工作面CO超限以及上覆采空区煤自燃治理过程为背景,论述其上覆采空区遗煤自燃引发该工作面CO超限后的治理及决策经验。通过对22305工作面CO超限情况进行分析,得出其上覆采空区已发生自燃的现况及条件,然后通过地面钻孔方法对22305工作面上覆采空区自燃高温区域进行了圈划和分析,并给出治理方案;同时对该方案的实施效果进行监测分析,最后分析实际工作中存在的问题和改进方向。研究结果表明:该高温区域确定方法及治理方案合理有效,能够为具有类似条件的矿区防灭火工作提供借鉴经验。
Based on the background of CO overrun at 22305 face of Shenlian coal mine in Shendong Coal Mine and the spontaneous combustion process of overlying goaf, the paper discussed the treatment and decision-making experience after spontaneous combustion of coal left over from the coal face . By analyzing the CO overrun condition of 22305 working face, the present conditions and conditions of spontaneous combustion occurred in the overlying goaf are obtained, and then the surface of the 22305 working face with spontaneous combustion in the goaf Planning and analysis, and gives the governance plan; at the same time, the implementation of the program monitoring and analysis of the results, and finally analyze the problems in the actual work and improve the direction. The results show that the method of determining and controlling the high-temperature zone is reasonable and effective, which can provide reference experiences for fire fighting and extinguishing work in mining areas with similar conditions.
