目的研究阳虚质和平和质(正常对照)人群粪便中内源性代谢物的差异。方法收集阳虚体质者及平和体质者各30人的粪便样品,采用基于核磁共振(NMR)的代谢组学方法研究中医阳虚体质及平和体质的粪便;采用多变量统计学方法 OSC-PLS分析阳虚体质者的特征代谢物。结果阳虚质组的粪便中丁酸盐、醋酸盐、蛋氨酸、琥珀酸盐、葡萄糖的浓度低于平和质组;丙酸盐、丙氨酸、乳酸的浓度高于平和质组。结论阳虚质者粪便与平和体质者比较存在能量代谢、氨基酸代谢及糖代谢的差异,这与阳虚质者脏腑功能和肠道菌群结构有关。
Objective To study the differences of extrinsic metabolites in feces of Yangxu quality and quality (normal control) crowd. Methods Stool samples from 30 healthy volunteers and 30 healthy volunteers were collected. The stool samples of Yang-yang constitution and calm constitution were studied by NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) -based metabonomics. Multivariate statistical analysis was performed using OSC-PLS Characteristics of Yang constitutional metabolites. Results The concentrations of butyrate, acetate, methionine, succinate and glucose in feces of Yang-yu-plastron group were lower than those in the fentanyl group. The concentrations of propionate, alanine and lactic acid were higher than those in the fentanyl group. Conclusion There are differences in energy metabolism, amino acid metabolism and glucose metabolism between fecal and normal subjects in Yangxu quality, which is related to visceral function and intestinal microflora of Yang deficiency.
