探索了载体影响催化剂活性的原因 ,对载体原料拟薄水铝石进行了差热分析和X -射线衍射分析 ,评价了由其作为载体制得的催化剂的活性 ,并分析了该催化剂的孔结构 .揭示了随拟薄水铝石结晶度增大 ,催化剂比表面积增大 ,V -Sb系催化剂的活性增大的变化规律 ;并提出测定拟薄水铝石载体的DTA和XRD两种表征参数 ,可为快速、高效制备V -Sb系催化剂提供理论依据 .
The reasons for the influence of the catalyst on the activity of the catalyst were explored. The thermal analysis of the pseudo - boehmite as support material and the X - ray diffraction analysis were carried out. The activity of the catalyst prepared from the supported catalyst was evaluated. The pore structure of the catalyst was also analyzed. It is revealed that the variation of the activity of the V-Sb-based catalyst increases with the increase of the crystallinity of the boehmite, the increase of the specific surface area of the catalyst, and the increase of the activity of the V-Sb catalyst. , Which can provide a theoretical basis for the rapid and efficient preparation of V-Sb-based catalysts.
