针对飞机结构密封防水问题,研制了一种新型胶体密封剂。采用加速模拟环境方法,考核验证了这种胶体密封防水新技术的腐蚀防护性及其对典型飞机结构材料疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明,与常规环境下原始疲劳寿命相比,随加速腐蚀周期增加,典型飞机结构材料疲劳寿命大幅度降低,而涂敷新型胶体密封剂后其疲劳寿命没有明显变化。新型胶体密封剂具有良好的密封防水、防腐功能,能够有效地抑制或减缓水分、腐蚀性介质的侵入,明显提高了典型飞机结构材料的抗环境腐蚀品质,适用于解决飞机结构密封防水问题。
Aiming at the sealing and waterproofing of aircraft structure, a new type of colloid sealant was developed. Accelerated simulation of environmental methods, assessment confirmed the corrosion protection of this new colloidal waterproofing technology and its impact on the fatigue properties of typical aircraft structural materials. The experimental results show that compared with the original fatigue life under normal environment, the fatigue life of the typical aircraft structural materials decreases greatly with the accelerated corrosion cycle. However, the fatigue life of the new aircraft sealant has no significant change after the application of new colloidal sealant. The new colloidal sealant has a good sealing waterproof, anti-corrosion function, can effectively inhibit or slow down the invasion of moisture and corrosive media, significantly improve the anti-environmental corrosion quality of the typical aircraft structural materials, and is suitable for solving the problem of sealing and waterproofing of the aircraft structure.
