以巢式ＰＣＲ扩增急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿骨髓细胞中，Ｔ细胞受体基因Ｖ８２－Ｄ８３片段。受试病例有６７％（４１／６１例）获约８０～８９ｈＰ的ＤＮＡ片段。提示Ｖ８２－Ｄ８３基因重排亚型是具有一定代表的类型，对于鉴定白血病残留克隆，具有一定的临床价值。
In nested PCR amplification of bone marrow cells from children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, T cell receptor gene V82-D83 fragment. 67% of the cases tested (41/61 cases) had a DNA fragment of about 80-89 hP. Tip V82-D83 gene rearrangement subtypes is a representative of the type, for the identification of leukemia residual clones, has a certain clinical value.
