合理设计高层建筑电气的各个系统,对满足建筑功能要求及节约基建投资是极为重要的。合格的建筑设计应满足七个质量特性规定的要求,即功能性、安全性、经济性、可信性、可实施性、适应性及时间性。在实际的设计中,往往由于工程的周期短、时间紧、任务重,没有处理好电气设计各方面的关系,致使家庭住宅的电气安装比较混乱,电气设计不够规范,许多住宅的电气安装没有考虑家用电器普及和快速发展的态势。据我国工程质量事故统计资料显示,由设计原因导致的工程质量事故占40.1%,为此,结合多项大中型住宅小区的电气设计工作的经验,详细阐述了现代高层建筑电气设计的主要内容,并提出了设计中应注意的有关问题。
