我国烟草行业随着体制的改革愈发强烈,各个公司也在探索新的管理方式。整个行业都在开展和创建现代化的产权和企业制度的工作,而在各企业间也相互联合重组着,随之也涌现越来越多的大企业,慢慢形成一种集“采购、营销、品牌、资产”四个为核心的管理体制。在企业中有四种资源:技术资源、人力资源、市场资源和财务资源。这四种资源对企业有着举足轻重的作用,和各自不同的职能。在这种背景下,加强财务管理这一方面对企业提出了更高的要求。
