创建开发刷密封分析设计软件,模拟刷密封压力场与流场,研究刷丝动力学行为,如径向压紧等,与密封区域压场和流场相互作用,对密封性能产生影响.基于梁弯曲理论和刷丝区域压力分布,采用有限元法计算轴向与周向刷丝变形,并将相关计算结果与实验数据进行了对比,分析表明刷封出口区域在径向和轴向同时形成较大的压力梯度,使间隙趋于闭合并将丝间压紧,密封工作状态或间隙变化不大时,可保持稳定的密封性能.
