本文对50例正常成年人在中央区、颅顶中央区和中颞区的平均视觉诱发电位(AVEP)以及某些因素对它的影响进行了分析。正常人不同脑区AVEP由P_1-N_1-P_2-N_2-P_3五个波组成,最常出现的为N_1-P_2-N_2波群。相隔二个月的AVEP在五个脑区各波的基本图形是稳定的。中央区的N_1-P_2、P_2-N_2、和P_2波的波幅大于中颞区;P_1和P_2波的峰潜伏期均为中央区大于颅顶中央区。正常儿童和正常成年人相比,在中央、颅顶中央及中颞区儿童的P_1、N_1和P_2波的峰潜伏期较长,N_1-P_2波的波幅较大。在分心试验中,AVEP的基本图形和峰潜伏期没有改变,只是N_1-P_2和P_1波的波幅降低。本工作为不同脑区AVEP的正常值提供了参考数据。
In this paper, the average visual evoked potentials (AVEP) in 50 cases of normal adults in the central area, central and middle temporal cephalic area and the influence of some factors on it were analyzed. AVEP in different brain regions of normal people consists of five waves of P_1-N_1-P_2-N_2-P_3, the most common one is N_1-P_2-N_2. The AVEP waveform in each of the five brain regions separated by two months was stable. The amplitudes of N_1-P_2, P_2-N_2, and P_2 waves in the central area were greater than that in the medial temporal region. The peak latency of P_1 and P_2 waves were both central and greater than the central region of the cranial roof. Compared with normal adults, the peak latency of P 1, N 1 and P 2 waves in the central, superior cranial and middle temporal regions of children was longer and that of N 1 -P 2 wave was larger in normal children. In the distraction test, the basic pattern and peak latency of AVEP did not change, except that the amplitude of N_1-P_2 and P_1 waves decreased. This work provides reference data for the normal brain AVEP values.
