高校本科生管理学课程教学中学生参与教学活动不积极主动,教师为吸引学生积极参与盲目使用各种教学方法而忽略了学生学习兴趣和能力的培养。管理学教学模式尝试从教学理念、教学内容涉及、教学方法、课堂组织和问题设计,以及考核方式几个方面进行改革探索,从而能够引导学生“学”的积极性和主动性,培养学生学习能力,提高管理学教学效果。
The undergraduates in undergraduate management teaching are not actively involved in the teaching activities. The teachers neglect their interest in learning and their abilities in order to attract students to actively participate in the blind use of various teaching methods.
