中国有4位企业家很伟大,但没有一家公司可以称为伟大的公司。一个企业要做大做强,离不开优秀的企业家,特别是在中国目前的现实情况下更是如此,企业家基本上就是企业的“第一推动力”。从这个意义来说,我对4位企业家抱有崇高的敬意。第一位是万科的王石。我们都知道,就王石个人而言是有“英雄主义性格”的。能够爬上世界第一高峰,不是作秀可以解释的。但王石在很多年前就在万科倡导职业化,倡导透明体制,而且是在万科成功的时候倡导,这其实是他对自己的一种否定和超越。在万科成功的背后,你很难忽视王石建立在强烈自省之上的那份清醒。
Four Chinese entrepreneurs are great, but no single company can be called a great company. It is even more so for an enterprise to become bigger and stronger than an excellent entrepreneur, especially under the current realities in China. Entrepreneurs are basically the “prime mover” of the enterprise. In this sense, I have high respect for the four entrepreneurs. The first one is Wang Shi of Vanke. We all know that there is “Heroism ” in terms of Wang Shi personally. Being able to climb the highest peak in the world is not a show that can be explained. However, many years ago, Wang Shi advocated professionalization in Vanke and advocated a transparent system. It advocated at the time of Vanke’s success. This is actually a denial and surpassing of Vanke. Behind the success of Vanke, you can hardly ignore the awakened Wang Shi built on the strong self-examination.
