针对冷再生乳化沥青体系,考察了单一乳化剂(阳离子乳化剂)与复配乳化剂(阳离子乳化剂与非离子乳化剂复配)对乳化沥青残留物流变性能的影响。研究结果表明:单一乳化体系的复数粘度、复数模量等流变学参数除相位角外,其他受温度影响较小;复配体系的复数粘度、复数模量以及相位角等流变学参数受温度影响较为明显;阳离子乳化剂与非离子乳化剂复配体系抵抗温度变形的能力优于阳离子乳化剂体系。采用G*/sinδ与|G*︱/{1-[1/(sinδtanδ)]}两种评价方法对4种体系进行判定,结果表明:对于冷再生乳化沥青体系,这两种方法具有一致性。
The effects of single emulsifier (cationic emulsifier) and complex emulsifier (cationic emulsifier and nonionic emulsifier) on the rheological properties of emulsified asphalt residues were investigated in cold reclaimed emulsified asphalt system. The results show that rheological parameters such as complex viscosity, complex modulus and other rheological parameters of single emulsification system are less affected by temperature except for phase angle. Rheological parameters such as complex viscosity, complex modulus and phase angle The effect of temperature is more obvious; the capability of the cationic emulsifier and the non-ionic emulsifier complex system to resist the temperature deformation is better than that of the cationic emulsifier system. Two kinds of evaluation methods of G * / sinδ and | G * | / {1- [1 / (sinδtanδ)] were used to determine the four systems. The results show that the two methods are consistent for the cold-reclaimed emulsified asphalt system .
