本文采用糜蛋白酶、庆大霉素和氟美松(简称“糜庆松”合剂)治疗右中叶肺炎伴不张35例,现报告如下: 一般资料:35例中,门诊患者9例,住院患者26例;男性28例,女性7例;年龄14～77岁。病程最短3天,最长4年多。其中发病1个月以内住院者25例,1～3个月者5例,6个月以内者1例,1年以上者4例。主要症状为咳嗽、发热、胸闷痛、少数病
In this paper, the use of chymotrypsin, gentamicin and flumethasone (referred to as “Mi Qing Song” mixture) for the treatment of right middle lobe pneumonia with atelectasis 35 are reported as follows: General information: 35 cases, outpatients in 9 cases, 26 cases of hospitalized patients ; 28 males and 7 females; aged 14 to 77 years old. The shortest duration of 3 days, up to 4 years. Among them, 25 cases were hospitalized within 1 month after onset, 5 cases were from 1 to 3 months, 1 case was within 6 months and 4 cases were above 1 year. The main symptoms of cough, fever, chest pain, a small number of diseases
